3. Mail Forwarding is free for USPS First Class mails, For
parcel and express mails, you pay the actual postage. For high

the required USPS Form that we will provide you.

5. EIN: you must provide the SSN of the principal officer.
6. You will just pay the actual
filing fees for optional filing such as a Nevada Business

Shipment of
your original documents
After formation,
you can choose to receive the original documents by one of the
following methods:
1. By USPS First
Class Mail
2. By Express
Mail using your account with the courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
3. By Express
Mail but pay later after we bill you
4. For Expedited
Service you can Pick up the original documents yourself from the Las Vegas office of the Nevada
Secy of State, the next day. (If your are in Las Vegas area).
