PRIVACY SERVICE FOR LLCS:

If you want privacy and do not want your name(s) to show in the public List of Managers/ Managing Members for your LLC
on the Nevada Sec. of State website that are publicly searchable/
downloadable from anywhere by anyone, you can use our Privacy Service.
If you choose
privacy service, your name(s) will be shown on the Nevada
Secretary of State's website.
We have lowered the price of privacy service since it is so
essential nowadays. The current fee for this service is $99/year.
(regularly $399). To obtain privacy service, please select Privacy Service while filling out the order form.
And we do recommend privacy service for each client forming an LLC.
Unlike other
incorporators, for your protection, our privacy service keeps you in control. It is merely given for privacy.
Also note that using this service a Tax ID (EIN) cannot be obtained. This service is only available for LLCs.
