Do I need a Nevada Business License after registering an entity in Nevada?
Yes. However,
there are exemptions. To find out if your entity will be exempted from obtainining a business license, please call us at 702-395-2255 and we will help you determine if you will be exempt from obtaining a Nevada Business License.
If you need to obtain the Nevada Business
License, please note the following:
1. The Business License needs to be
renewed every year.
2. Business License fee is $200 per
year, payable to Nevada Sec of State. There is a late filing penalty of
$100 if you do not file for business license on time.
