- We work with various banks and we can help you open a
Nevada bank
account in a major bank with national presence. In most cases the bank can help you open the account
on the phone. You will need to send identifying documents to the
bank. This service is available to only US citizens and residents. You pay the required bank
fee, if any.
- We can file for a DBA (Doing Business
As) or Certificate of Good Standing if you require. You do not have to pay us for regular processing, just pay the actual government filing fee.
- There is no other fee that you will need to pay to
us. The only fee you have to pay is the fee that you
will need to pay to Nevada Secretary of State for the Initial and Annual List
filing (currently $125 per year). So every year your total cost is
$249 ($75 Resident Agent Fee payable to us + $125 Annual Fee payable to the
State + $49 payable to renew your Nevada address). Note
that if you want to add nominee service for privacy, you must
add the nominee fee to the above fee.

COMPLIANCE
ADMINISTRATION FOR CORPORATIONS
As required by the Nevada
statues, Nevada Corporations are required to continually meet
the compliance standards set, including holding shareholders
meetings, distribution of stock and maintenance of stock ledger,
holding meeting to elect officers, drawing of resolutions for
corporate actions.
We include customizable meeting
minutes, corporate resolutions and resolutions to elect
corporate officers or bank account signers as part of our
package. For most of our clients this is sufficient. However, we
do recommend you purchase a corporate kit to organize your
corporate paperwork.
At the same time, we also
recommend consulting a business attorney to make sure that the
corporate compliance is met on an ongoing basis. We suggest that
you have a consultation on the phone with the Nevada attorneys
we work with regarding this. Note that the attorneys fees are
not included in our package and they will bill you separately.
But it is recommended that for compliance purposes you do have
an attorney monitor your corporate activities. This is very
important because as incorporators we are limited to the extent
we can provide you advice.
