INTRODUCTION
Simply put, this
is the best formation plan we have for a new
Nevada
Corporation or LLC.
It
includes practically all features that you will have to pay
extra with other incorporators. On top of all the features, it
also includes Nominee Service for privacy. Please see the features
below.
Please note that
this offer is only for US Residents. For non-US residents,
please e-mail us and we will give you an all inclusive price
that includes Apostille (required for most non-US clients).
2.
SAME DAY FORMATION
If you order before 3 PM Pacific
Time any business day during this promotion, your entity will be
formed same day barring any issues from Nevada Secretary of State. If you want the originals to be sent to you by
courier (which you choose while filling out the order form), the
originals will be out the next business day.
Please note that NV Secy State
may delay formation due to reasons beyond our control.

ALL
FILING FEES ARE INCLUDED
The price includes all state
filing fees. Therefore it includes: Articles filing fee to form the
entity, Expedited fee and first year's
annual fee (known as Initial List fee).
On top of that it also includes
first year's Resident Agent fees, Nominee fee, Tax ID (EIN) and
all the other features as listed below.

INCLUDED: NOMINEE SERVICE
FOR PRIVACY
If you want privacy and do not
want your name(s) to be published in the readily searchable
Nevada Secy of State website, we can provide you a Nominee. Only the Nominee's name will be shown on the public
List of officers. Note that a Nominee doesn't participate in
running of your business and is not an owner.
Also note that you can choose to
have the owner's name(s) on the Articles,
instead of the Nominee while forming the entity as many banks now
want the name of each signer in the bank account in the Articles.
However, after formation, the Nominee will provide you with a
signed Resolution authorizing you (or anyone you designate) to
be the signers on the bank account.
5.
INCLUDED: YOUR OWN NEVADA ADDRESS AND MAIL FORWARDING
Your unique Las Vegas address is included for the first 12 months. Meaning. the first 12 months fee is included. At the time of renewal next year you will pay $49 for the next 12 months. Therefore, your annual fee is $49 to have your own Nevada address. You can receive any and all types of mail at this address. You will need to sign the US Postal Service form authorizing us to receive mail.
Mail will be forwarded weekly by US Post Priority Mail. A credit Card will be kept in record to charge mail forwarding cost (actual cost + $2 handling fee).

INCLUDED: FEDERAL TAX ID (EIN)
We will obtain the Tax ID for the
entity same day at no additional charge. You will need to provide the
SSN.

MORE INCLUDED
FEATURES:
- Resident Agent service for the first year
is included in the fee. Next year, you will pay just $75.
- Preparation and filing of your Articles of
Organization/ Incorporation
- We provide you the Customizable Operating Agreement/ By Laws
- Nevada Phone
Number. Incoming calls forwarded to your phone You pay actual
per minute usage fee. The account can be managed online.
- Free filing of any subsequent
filing for the LLC such as a DBA, Sales Permit, Certificate of Good Standing if required. You do not have to pay us for the service. Just pay the actual filing fees.
- Help you open a
business bank
account in a Nevada bank
with national presence. Available to US Residents only.
You pay actual bank charges (if any).
- 250 color free business cards (if you need). You just pay the actual shipping cost.
- One Free domain registration for the business if you need.
- First year Free Web hosting (a $49 value).
- Help you file for Nevada Business License, if you require. You do not have to pay us for the service. Just pay the
actual filing fee
- Free Nevada
CPA, Attorney and Business Insurance referrals.
- Option to order a
corporate kit direct from a manufacturer with free shipping for
approx $49 (note that a kit or seal are not required by State of
Nevada Statues.)
8.
LOW SUBSEQUENT
YEARS' FEES:
All of your Nevada
Secretary of State's fees are included for
first 12 months. Next year, at the time of renewal, you will have to pay $125 to the State of Nevada,
$75 to us for Resident Agent Services, $99 for Nominee
Service and $49 for your Las Vegas addrress. So your total fee each subsequent year is $348. We will contact you at the time of
renewal (approx. 1 year from the date of formation).
