INTRODUCTION
Simply put, this
is the best formation plan we have for a new Nevada
Corporation or LLC. It
includes practically all features that you will have to pay
extra with other incorporators. On top of all the features, it
also includes Privacy Service for LLCs. Please see the features
below.
Please note that
this offer is only for US Residents. For non-US residents,
please e-mail us and we will give you an all inclusive price
that includes Apostille (required for most non-US clients).

SAME DAY FORMATION
If you order before 3 PM Pacific
Time any business day during this promotion, your entity should be
formed same day barring any issues from Nevada Secretary of State. The
formation confirmation documents (Charter and the Articles will be sent by email).
Please note that Nevada Secretary State
may delay formation due to reasons beyond our control.

ALL
FILING FEES ARE INCLUDED
The price includes all Nevada Sec of State
filing fees. Therefore it includes: Articles of Incorporation/ Organization filing fee to form the
entity, state expedited processing fee and first year's
annual fee (known as Initial List fee).
On top of that it also includes
first year's Registered Agent fees, Privacy Service fee for LLC, Tax ID (EIN) and
all the other features as listed below.

INCLUDED: PRIVACY SERVICE FOR LLCS IF YOU REQUIRE
If you want privacy and do not
want your name(s) to be published in the readily searchable
Nevada Secretary of State website, we can provide you privacy service. Note that privacy service is available for LLCs only.
Note that the owner's name(s) will be entered on the Articles of Organization/ Incorporation.
5.
INCLUDED: YOUR OWN NEVADA ADDRESS FOR MAIL FORWARDING
Your unique Las Vegas address is included for the first 12 months. You can receive any and all types of mail at this address. This is your own address, not a shared or Care Of address. You will need to sign the required US Postal Service form (we will provide) authorizing us to receive mail.
The first 12 months fee is included. At the time of renewal next year you will pay $49 for the next 12 months. Therefore, your annual fee is just $49 to have your own Nevada address during this promotion.
Mail will be forwarded weekly, twice monthly or monthly as you choose. Your credit card will be kept in record to charge mail forwarding cost (postage + handling fee). Normally all mail will be put in one envelope and forwarded to you.
6.
INCLUDED: FEDERAL TAX ID (EIN)
We will obtain the Tax ID for the
entity same day at no additional charge. You will need to provide the
SSN of an officer of the entity and sign the IRS form authorizing us to obtain the Tax ID.
Or, we can provide you the link to obtain it direct from the IRS instatnly (in this case, you do not need to send us your SSN, just submit it to the IRS on their website to obtain the Tax ID, using the link we will provide).

FEATURES:
- Registered Agent service for the first year
is included in the fee. Next year, you will pay just $75.
- Preparation and filing of your Articles of
Organization/ Incorporation
- We provide you the Customizable Operating Agreement/ By Laws
- Nevada Phone
Number, if required. Incoming calls automatically ring at a phone number of your choice. You pay actual
per minute usage fee. The account can be managed online.
- Free filing of subsequent
filing for the entity for a DBA or Certificate of Good Standing if required. You do not need to pay us for the service. Just pay the actual state fees if you file by regular processing (DBA filing fee = $20, Certificate of Good Standing state fee = $50) To expedite by 24 hour service, our fee = $99.
- We put you in touch with bankers in a reputed national bank in Las Vegas to open your business bank accounts. You do not need to be present in Las Vegas to open the accounts.
- 250 free color business cards (if you need). You just pay for the actual shipping cost.
- One Free domain registration for the business if you need.
- First year Free Web hosting if you need (a $49 value).
- Help you file for Nevada Business License, if you require. We will prepare the forms and email you for your signature. Our fee is $99. State filing fee = $100/year. You can also obtain a Nevada Sales Permit (Reseller Certificate/ Permit).
- Free Nevada
CPA, Attorney and Business Insurance referrals.
- Option to order a
corporate/ LLCkit direct from a manufacturer with free UPS ground shipping within the US for
approx $49.99 (note that a kit or seal are not required by State of
Nevada Statues.)

LOW SUBSEQUENT
YEARS' FEES:
All of your Nevada
Secretary of State's fees are included for
first 12 months. Next year, at the time of renewal, you will have to pay $125 to the Nevada Sec of State,
$75 to us for Registered Agent Services, $49 for your Las Vegas addrress and Nevada Business License annual fee of $100. So your total fee each subsequent year is $349 (Add $99 for Privacy Service
for LLCs, if you choose privacy). We will contact you at the time of
renewal (approx. 10 months from the date of formation).
