Steps:
1) Name Search: We guide you to access and search the state database to see if the name you want is available.
2) File: After picking the name, insert the name on the actual Articles of Organization Online, Print and file (in most cases, fax direct to the NV Secy of State). Our signature is already on the form accepting to be your Resident Agent. The form is pre-filled.
3) After formation, you will receive the charter from the NV Secy of State and the follow instructions to a) File Initial List, b) Obtain Dept of Taxation License (if required), c) Obtain Tax ID instantly online (if required) and more.
Filing Fee for the first year:
1) Filing fee to be paid to the NV Secy of State = $75
2) Member List filing fee payable to the NV Secy of State = $125/ year
>> Total actual filing fee for the first year = $200
Optional filing: License fee payable to the NV Dept of Taxation = $100/ year. You may not be required to obtain a Nevada Business License if you have a single member entity with revenue less than approx. $23,000 in 2006 and do not have an actual office space in Nevada. (We provide you an address, not an office space).
Note: The above fee is for regular (2-3 week) filing. The state charges $125 to expedite filings overnight. You
will have the option to choose how you want to file (Regular way or Overnight)
while filling out the form.
Subsequent Year's fees:
1) Annual List fee payable to the NV Secretary of State= $125
2) Payment to us for Resident Agent Service = $99

You pay us $99/year for Resident Agent Service and
included Services (shown below). There is no additional fee to be paid to us for any
required filing related to the entity filed, you always just pay the
actual fees. If you want Nominee Service, there is additional fee. Please ask.
