1) As soon as we receive your order, we do name availability check for your entity. If none of the 3 names you specify while oredering is available, we will inform you.
2) After finalizing the entity's name, we prepare the Articles and file it with the Nevada Secretary of State. We file the Articles within 15 minutes and we can even personally go to the Secretary of State's office in Las Vegas to file. If your order is received after 4 PM Pacific time we file it the next day.
3) After your entity is formed, you will receive the formation documents (The Charter and the Filed copy of the Articles) by e-mail.
4) This e-mail will also have step by step guidance to complete the next steps such as obtaining the Tax ID, Opening the Bank Account etc.
5) After formation, you will start by filling out the US Postal Services form to obtain the Nevada address (Free for first 12 months with special promotion when offered). You will also be able to download a customizable Operating Agreement, bylaws, resolutions etc.
6) Next step is to obtain the Employer Identification Number (Federal Tax ID), if needed. There is no cost for this service. Note that you will need to provide your SSN to the IRS to obtain the Tax ID. .
7) We help you open your bank account, if needed, by putting you in touch with Nevada bankers in national banks we work with. This service is available to US residents only.
8) Next, we help you file the Initial List of Officers/ managing members/ managers with the State of Nevada.
