LOW SUBSEQUENT YEARS' FEES

Every year you will have to pay $125 to the State of Nevada and $75 to us for Resident Agent Services. So your total fee each subsequent year is $200. We will contact you at the time of renewal.

DO I NEED TO PAY YOU FOR ANYTHING ELSE?

NO. You will not pay anything else to us for any other filings that we will do for the entity by regular processing. The only fee related to formation that you will need to pay to the State of Nevada is the Annual Fee (Currently $125). You pay this fee directly on the State of Nevada's website.   This is the fee you pay every year to keep your entity Active. The first year's filing is to be completed before the end of the month following the month of formation. 

WARNING

Be careful of offers from incorporators that are too good to be true. Most are usually not clear about their price. So they will probably come back and ask for more money at a later date or for each additional filing for the entity. With us, you exactly know how much you are paying as you will receive a clear payment receipt from the Nevada Secy of State's office on their stationery.
