Registered Agent Change
If you already have a Nevada incorporated business (whether a Corporation, an LLC or any other Nevada entity), you can change your Registered Agent to us. In order to do so all you need to do is file the Registered Agent Change Form with the Nevada Secretary of State.
We have made this form available online. You can immediately fill it out, print, sign and file it with the Nevada Secretary of State along with the filing fee.
Payment
The fee to be paid to the Nevada Secretary of State is $60 and to us for Registered Agent service is $75/year.
